In order to attend the event you must receive an email from “[email protected]” titled “Message from the Old Post Office” from our Head of HR Jordan Trotto (JT). In that email you will receive a QR code you will use to enter the secure area of the building at one of the two location listed below. If lost, tell security you have an event in the Stagecoach conference room. An example of the email you will need is below
If Walking/Uber
- You should use the address 433 West Van Buren if entering by foot. When you walk in the door you will immediately see a security desk. To the left of the security desk you will see escalators up to the second floor. You should scan the QR code in your email on top of the turnstiles to enter the secure area
- If you have trouble with your QR code you can return to the security desk for assistance. If you received an email invite to the event from [email protected] you are registered in the system and they will print you a QR code for use.
- Once you hit the top of the escalators you will see the Boxcar gym (above the Walgreens), walk past the boxcar and after passing the open hallway you will see three conference rooms. The meetup will be in the airmail north conference room.

If Driving
- You should use the address 404 West Harrison if driving to the event. When you park and enter the building you will use the QR code in your email on the top of the turnstiles to enter the secure area.
- If you have trouble with your QR code you will have to flag down a security guard for assistance. Tell them you are there for an event and show them your email from Oldpost433 ([email protected])
- Once you enter the secure area and hit the top of the escalators you will see the Boxcar gym (above the Walgreens), walk past the boxcar and after passing the open hallway you will see three conference rooms. The meetup will be in the airmail north conference room.
